Muslim association funded by the German state incites against Jews in Friday sermon – The state of North Rhine-Westphalia just signed its partnership with this organisation for the organisation of Islamic religious education in state schools

Ditib is the largest Islamic umbrella organisation in Germany – responsible for about 1,000 mosque congregations. It is directly subordinate to the Turkish state religious authority Diyanet, which sends imams from Turkey to Germany and, above all, determines what is preached in the mosques.

The sermon texts are written from a headquarters and sent to the imams. In the Friday sermon, which TE magazine documents below, Diyanet and thus its administrative body in Germany, the Ditib, spread the anti-Semitic ritual murder legend of Jews feeding on the blood of non-Jewish children against the backdrop of the Hamas attacks on Israel.

The sermon text states:
“Those who feed on blood and tears drive out Muslims in and around Jerusalem with pressure and violence, depriving them of the right to live.”

The claim that Israel is evicting Muslims from Jerusalem and its environs is a pure fabrication. In fact, it is about eviction claims against some 30 Arab families in the Sheik Jarra neighbourhood in East Jerusalem – although no eviction has taken place so far.

The sermon also says: “The tyrants who do not recognise the rights and the law drop bombs on the oppressed Palestinian people, whether they are children, old people or women”.
The Diyanet is thus factually implying that the Israeli army is doing exactly what the Islamist Hamas is actually doing by firing its unguided rockets randomly at Israeli cities.

During the fighting, the Diyanet had also spread misinformation on social media and threatened a worldwide religious war:

In the past, Ditib had received seven-figure sums, among other things, from the federal government’s “Democracy Live” programme. The recently resigned Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Franziska Giffey, had justified the payments of German tax money to the Turkish-controlled association by saying that it was important not to let the ” dialogue be broken off”.

Despite Ditib’s known orientation, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia has just reaffirmed its partnership with the organisation in organising Islamic religious education in state schools.
