London: Muslim mayor ridicules Christians’ Christmas celebration

The Muslim Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has had a Christmas tree put up on the balcony of his official residence in London. The tree is on the corner of a busy street and in a posh part of town.

This is reported to us in a snarky way in a moralising tone that has become commonplace from a pathetic English left and crazed environmentalists allied to the Islam collaborators as in France. “The material used is from street sweepers and waste management organisations to illustrate the amount of rubbish produced during the holidays.”

Certainly, “contemporary” art has accustomed us to finding such abominations beautiful. Meanwhile, you see them in some parks, on some squares and roundabouts in France. This is a moralising political act that uses the idea of the Christmas tree, one of the most sacred feasts of the Christian religion, at the base of which is the following message: “Look at the amount of your rubbish, you naughty Western consumers”.

You won’t see that on the forecourts of London mosques! Nor in Saudi Arabia or in Mecca in front of the black stone during the Muslim pilgrimage.Christmas has become a capitalist and consumerist festival, it is true. We have come a long way from remembering the birth of Jesus. Yet, for many Christians around the world, this festival remains a religious celebration. The Christmas tree is only one element of this representation. Muslims living and bearing responsibilities in Europe are not forbidden to respect the customs and traditions of the countries in which they have chosen to settle. For good reason, it is hard to imagine a Christian mayor in a Muslim country making fun of the country’s traditions. Again, it will be seen that Éric Zemmour is right to be alarmed at the decadence of the Western world in general and France in particular.

There are the gifts to the children and the legend of Father Christmas, even if he was supposedly invented by shopaholics and Coca-Cola. There is still Saint Nicholas and Knecht Ruprecht in Eastern France, for the peoples of the North and among the Orthodox. And above all, the sublime magic that can be seen in the eyes of children from all cultures on the morning of December 26.

And above all, the sublime magic that can be seen in the eyes of children from all cultures on the morning of 26 December. What bliss … So many beautiful memories of our less rich Christmases in our time and those of our children.

But the Muslim Mayor of London doesn’t care as much as his first djellaba. Let’s tear down the symbols of the infidels one by one….

Who hasn’t been amazed at the sight of Christmas trees in the squares of our cities? Admittedly, no longer in Bordeaux, no longer with the Bordelais. You abstained from voting in the last local elections and now you are finally getting what you deserve: a few lunatic Greens.
