According to our information, a mother was walking with her two young children when she came across a minor who was undressing. The 16-year-old was not content with this and took it to the extreme by pushing the mother against a wall in order to sexually harass her.

Another person involved, the victim’s stepson, was also hit in the face with his fist, according to the prosecution.
