The Bataclan trial will start on Wednesday and of course the media are starting to wake up and call me. They have carefully ignored my book, but now these cowards remember that I exist! And my phone is starting to ring very frequently! Is this something to be happy about? I don’t know if this can make people talk about the things that contributed to these attacks taking place on our soil and make the French people open their eyes. Why not, although I have no illusions, in 9 months, when the trial is over, I will return to anonymity and the French will forget these victims’ families!
In short, yesterday I learned that a group of civil party lawyers had decided to give part of their fees to their colleagues, most of whom have been entrusted ex officio to defend these Islamic terrorists!!I don’t know what to say. I immediately send an email to my lawyer to put an end to this. In fact, like all French people, I already pay through my taxes for lawyers appointed by the courts, which I already consider totally abnormal, while I have to pay my own lawyer from my own purse, whose fees are never reimbursed. And we certainly did not ask to be the victims of this terrible terrorist attack! I think it should be the responsibility of the state to pay these fees. It is inconceivable to me that by paying my lawyer fees, I am paying part of his fees to the lawyers of the accused and that I should contribute to the fees of the murderers of my daughter and the 130 other people!
Fortunately, I learned that this only concerns lawyers who are registered with the Paris Bar Association… that was really very close!
Nevertheless, I find it inadmissible and shocking and disrespectful to the victims that the lawyers of these victims are being asked to contribute to the fees of the lawyers of the accused; this is outrageous! This clearly shows that the justice system is rotten and depraved; the lawyers collude among themselves and are in fact all depraved!
Had my lawyer been registered with the Paris Bar Association, I would have immediately terminated his assignment and our ties, and I advise all victims who have a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar Association to terminate their assignment immediately and choose a lawyer from the province! This decision by the Paris Bar Association is quite simply scandalous.
We are in a country of madmen where nothing is any longer respected, least of all the victims of the attacks!
