Austria: Muslims knock a tenant into the middle of next week – now the authorities even forbid the victim to enter his flat

Rudolf B. no longer understands the world and the rule of law. The Viennese vocational school teacher (55 years old) was knocked into the middle of next week in his flat by his neighbour’s brothers. Nevertheless, according to the authorities’ order, the teacher is not allowed to enter his home. Arbitrariness of the authorities or justified?

The ban is valid for at least ten days, but could also be extended. The background: After the neighbour’s son spat at his car, he confronted the boy’s mother. A heated argument ensued between him and the Pakistani-born woman.

The teacher goes back to his flat. Shortly afterwards the doorbell rings. Two of the woman’s brothers burst in, one of them smashes his jaw. Five days hospitalisation. The police quickly track down the perpetrators.Despite the charges they remain at large! While in hospital, Rudolf B. learns that he has been banned from entering his home.

He is not allowed to approach within 100 metres of the neighbour. And his flat is in the exclusion zone. Why the ban? According to the interrogation report, he had choked and beaten the woman. But the teacher swears: “I never touched her”.

In fact, questions remain unanswered. For example, whether a public health officer examined the woman. There is nothing to be found in the authorities’ file. The police block all enquiries about this: data protection! Rudolf B. is now hiring a lawyer: “The thugs are on the loose. And I am not allowed into my flat. Madness!”
