The misogynist imam of Saint-Chamond, who was expelled from France, was interviewed by a media outlet in Comoros: “I have nothing to regret and nothing to apologise for as long as I have spoken the word of Allah. If I repent, I am no longer a Muslim”.

“I don’t have to apologise for the moment I spoke the word of Allah. […] Our sisters live a nightmarish life. […] and we call it a land of freedom”.
Comorian Imam Ahamada Mmadi recounts the circumstances that led to him and his family being expelled from France on Monday May 02 for quoting a verse about women in his sermon at the Saint-Chamond mosque in the Loire department.
