The testimony of Omar, the man accused of raping a 95-year-old woman in Figueres (Girona), comes to light. As he himself states, he mistook her for a girlfriend living in his neighbourhood and he had satisfied her – a very implausible lie that did not convince the judge, who did not hesitate to remand the man in custody.
